Sales Representative (Full-Time)

We are looking for a sales representative to join our hard-working sales staff. This person is an assertive, team player with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. To be a successful sales team member with Ritchason Auctioneers, the candidate will be willing to travel, highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a specific territory
• Sign on new consigners
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Submit your weekly sales calls
• Meet sales/consignments target each auction (eight per year)

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm and four Saturdays per year.
• Be able to speak knowledgeably about trucks and equipment with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience with auction industry and/or auction software ie. HiBid, Auction Flex, ProxiBid.
• Existing relationships in local market.
• Operate heavy machinery
